The County of Kern is seeking a quotation for a new and unused, most current model year available, 33,000 GVWR truck with a 2,000-gallon asphalt distributor. The vehicle should be in accordance with the attached specifications. The vendor shall off-load the equipment, service it, and make sure it is ready for use, with all applicable manuals, CA vehicle registration paperwork, and documentation. The vendor shall also provide a testing demonstration to ensure proper use and that the equipment is working properly. • The vehicle should be a 33,000 GVWR truck with a 2,000-gallon asphalt distributor. • The vehicle should be new and unused, and of the most current model year available. • The vendor shall provide a testing demonstration to ensure proper use and that the equipment is working properly. • The vendor shall comply with all applicable County, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The vendor shall provide proof of insurance for one or more types of insurance coverages as determined by the County Risk Manager.
