Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, is soliciting quotes for the quarterly subsistence of dairy products. The contract type is firm-fixed price, and the Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards. The solicitation package includes the necessary information for vendors to submit their price quotes. The following must be completed and submitted with the quote: Standard Form (SF) 1449- Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items and continuation sheets if any.
• The Government shall award these items by line item to the lowest responsive/responsible quoter.
• All Vendors awarded Purchase Orders must be registered in the SAM System (www.sam.gov) and willing to accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a form of payment.
• Please pay close attention to the delivery dates.
• Please quote only on those items specified.
• Do not change the item specified.
• Do not change the item description or the unit of issue.
• Do not use phrases such as “Minimum award amount”, ”All or none”, or any other phrases that would limit the Government from awarding by line item.
