Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to acquire FlexDeploy DevOps Automation Tool for licensing, installation/implementation support services, training, maintenance support services, and supplies. This tool automates processes with plugins for cloud and infrastructure resources, applications, databases, and middleware. The tool provides NIH Business Systems Cloud (NBSC) with the capability to build repeatable business strategies to improve release management, security, controls, and governance, speed, and quality.
• The tool has unique qualifications and has been integrated with SVN and GitHub.
• Replacing the tool would negatively impact operational continuity, and the cost associated with integrating and transitioning to an alternative tool would be prohibitive.
• The NIH intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Flexagon, LLC.
• Any party that believes it can fulfill the requirement may submit a written capability statement.
