The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region 9 Pacific Area Office in Fort Shafter, HI, seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to perform a full kitchen/breakroom remodel. The scope includes demolition of existing millwork, countertops, flooring, appliances and fixtures; design, supply, and installation of new millwork, countertops, flooring, commercial‑grade appliances, plumbing, minor electrical work, furniture, and a wall‑mounted monitor; plus associated permits, inspections, waste disposal, and optional asbestos testing. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price, 100 % small‑business set‑aside, with a performance period of up to six months (or 120 calendar days) from award.
