Pre-Solicitation Notice - Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract: CRANEWORKS, Inc.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) intends to award a sole source contract to CRANEWORKS, Inc. for facility management and investment services. The contract includes maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, load testing, inspection, and minor construction for various building and structures, including weight handling equipment, man lifts, entertainment hoists, bridge and jib cranes, electrical systems, and auxiliary generator systems. The contractor must perform work in accordance with NAVFAC guidelines and ensure that personnel are trained and certified to perform the required tasks. • The contract includes work on building and structures, including foundations and structural components. • The contract includes work on building systems, including weight handling equipment, man lifts, and electrical systems. • The contract includes work on miscellaneous items, including rigging gear and trackage. • All maintenance and repairs must be performed by personnel trained and certified by the OEM. • Personnel must be qualified per NAVFAC guidelines to perform work on weight handling equipment, cranes, and electrical systems.
