EAHCP Habitat Conservation Plan Media Outreach and Newsletter

The Edwards Aquifer Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to provide media, outreach, and newsletter communications services for the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and publishing bi-monthly electronic newsletters, attending stakeholder meetings, and providing videography and miscellaneous media content work. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for two additional years. • The vendor will develop and publish six bi-monthly EAHCP electronic newsletters containing stories, photos, and audio clips related to EAHCP programs and progress. • The vendor will attend stakeholder meetings and provide opportunities to enhance participation in the ASR and VISPO programs. • The vendor will develop and publish six hardcopy EAHCP Conserve Newsletters containing stories and photos related to ASR and VISPO programs and progress. • The vendor will provide videography and miscellaneous media content work as needed. • The vendor will meet with the EAHCP Project Manager before the start of the project to discuss each task.
