Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Forestry, Forbes State Forest requires janitorial services for the cleaning of the District Office located at 1291 Route 30, Laughlintown, PA 15655, Westmoreland County. The contract shall commence upon execution of the purchase order or October 1, 2026, whichever is later, and terminate September 30, 2027. The solicitation includes the following services: Semi-Annual cleanings (changed from 12 cleanings to 2 cleanings) and Annual Cleanings (changed from 2 cleanings to 1 cleaning).
• The contract is set aside for small businesses only.
• The solicitation includes an addendum that changes the line items to align with the statement of work.
• The procurement is an electronic bid (SRM) and respondents must review the questions section to ensure they have responded to any questions relevant to solicitation addenda.
• The terms, conditions, specifications, and instructions of the solicitation and any previous solicitation addenda remain as originally written, except as clarified and amended by this Addendum.
