Description
The Texas A&M University System is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from companies with experience in providing environmental services, including asbestos testing, lead-based paint and mold assessment, pollution liability protection, natural resources evaluation, and property condition assessments. The selected companies will be included in a pool of pre-qualified companies that can provide these services for all FP&C managed construction projects. The services will be provided under the direct supervision of the A&M System’s staff, and the selected companies will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and personnel.
• Asbestos testing and abatement
• Lead-based paint and mold assessment and abatement

• Compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provision of all necessary equipment and personnel
• Ability to work on a project-by-project basis
