As-Needed Professional Architectural Services

The City of Coronado is seeking an on‑call professional architectural services provider to perform a broad range of design, cost, regulatory, planning, and construction‑administration tasks on an as‑needed basis. The contractor will receive task orders for individual projects, each defining specific scope, schedule, and not‑to‑exceed fees. The agreement is a three‑year master PSA with two optional one‑year extensions, capped at $300,000 in fees per fiscal year.
