Description
The Columbia County School District is soliciting formal sealed bids from qualified companies for remodeling services for the HR department. The project includes demoing cabinets, framing walls, adding doors and electrical and data stubs, installing HVAC and insulation, and painting and trimming the rooms. Bidders must submit a bid bond, proof of insurance, and other required documents. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid submission.
• The bid must be submitted in accordance with the attached special and/or bid/contract conditions.
• The bidder must understand that the Columbia County School System reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and conduct a re-bid for any reason.
• The bidder must acknowledge that all information presented within the proposal becomes available to the public unless marked “Proprietary” or “Confidential”.
• The bidder must accept that the Columbia County School System is the sole arbiter of this bid and that all decisions are final.
• The bidder must accept that low bid price does not guarantee bid award and that awards may be based on one or a combination of factors.
