Description
The Northville Public Schools is accepting bids for the Moraine Elementary School STEAM Addition & Remodeling project, specifically for rough carpentry, HVAC, and electrical work. The project involves the construction of a STEAM addition and remodeling of the existing school. Bidders must provide familial disclosure and attach a sworn and notarized statement to their bid proposal. The bid proposal must include a certified cashier's check or a U.S. treasury listed security bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
• The bid documents consist of plans and specs prepared by TMP Architecture Inc.
• Bids will be publicly opened and read via a public online Teams meeting.
• The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The project must comply with the equal opportunity laws of the State of Michigan.
• The cost of the Performance and Payment Bond shall be included in each proposal.
