Description
City of Vancouver is seeking qualified vendors to supply and install a total of 306 portable air‑conditioner units across three municipal sites, with a later removal and storage requirement for 51 units at one location. The work includes delivery, field verification of window dimensions, fabrication and installation of plexiglass panels, and full installation of the AC units. Vendors must provide insurance, WorkSafeBC registration, and a signed code‑of‑conduct declaration, and must be able to complete installation by the end of July 2026 and removal by the end of September 2026.
• Supply and install 187 units at 5718 Choy Yuen Crescent, 68 units at 162 Main Street, and 51 units at 1105 Seymour Street (later removed and stored).
• Required models: Frigidaire FHPC082AC1 or FHPC102AC1; plexiglass panels (20 in × 48 in) with Velcro mounting.
• All work must be completed by 31 July 2026, with removal of the 51 units by end‑September 2026; price validity through early May 2026.
• Vendors must submit a completed quotation form, insurance documentation, WorkSafeBC registration letter, and a Supplier Code of Conduct declaration via the JAGGAER portal by 22 April 2026 3:00 PM PDT.
