Description
The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide groundwater and wastewater analysis services for its four wastewater treatment plants (CANS, CASS, PACT, PARA). The contractor will manage data, perform statistical analyses, prepare and submit semi‑annual regulatory reports, and support ad‑hoc technical studies as needed. All deliverables must be prepared under the supervision of a licensed professional geologist, hydrogeologist, or professional engineer, and must meet the reporting schedules required by the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
• Manage and analyze groundwater elevation and quality data for four WWTPs, producing eight semi‑annual regulatory reports per year.
• Perform statistical trend testing, develop contour maps, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with SWRCB and CVRWQCB regulations.
• Offer optional technical studies (e.g., anti‑degradation compliance, salt‑nutrient management, BPTC assessments) on an as‑needed basis.
