Grants AFR Subject Matter Expert (As needed)

The Maryland State Department of Education is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to perform Operations and Maintenance on the Grants AFR application, a mission-critical Oracle-based system used to manage grant revenue and expenditure data. The expert will provide day-to-day operational support, database administration, ETL and data integration support, reporting and analytics support, and middleware and infrastructure support. The work will be performed remotely, and the contractor will be required to submit monthly invoices. The total cost of the contract will not exceed $100,000. Key responsibilities include: • Providing day-to-day operational support for the Grants AFR application • Maintaining and supporting the Oracle 19c database environment • Maintaining existing Informatica PowerCenter ETL workflows • Maintaining existing IBM Cognos Analytics reports • Supporting the application middleware and infrastructure components • Managing OpenDJ LDAP integrations for user authentication and authorization
