Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is soliciting bids for the purchase of hardware parts, specifically touchpanels. The required items include 13" VersaTouch diagonal 4-wire resistive touchscreen panels with circular polarizer quarter wave film and hardcoated and antiglare overlay. The successful bidder will be required to provide the specified items in accordance with the attached specifications. The bid package must include all required documentation and attachments, including the completed Appendix A forms.
• The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for all products and services offered.
• The bidder must include a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer such products and/or perform such services.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide a complete and accurate bid response, including all required documentation and attachments.
