Description
The Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC) is seeking an implementation partner for a modern, cloud-based Data & Analytics Hub. This hub will serve as the backbone of IDEC's integrated data infrastructure, supporting secure, scalable, and user-friendly data systems across early childhood programs. The project will support data-driven decision-making. Key aspects of the project include:
* Data platform components within predefined boundaries
* Private Links, managed VNets, and other connectivity patterns following DoIT standards
* Robust and reliable backup system aligned to RPO/MTD requirements
* Multi-region redundancy not required for Phase 1, but vendors may propose approaches to enhance resilience
* Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization
* Integration with multiple data sources and systems
* Security and governance requirements, including identity and access management, data retention policies, and audit logging
