RFP 26-04 Forest Oaks Improvement - Smithville, MO

The City of Smithville is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive roadway and related improvements at the Forest Oaks area. The work includes extensive pavement rehabilitation, curb and gutter installation, sidewalk construction, and ancillary concrete work. This sealed‑bid contract will be awarded to a single prime contractor on a lump‑sum and unit‑price basis. • Approximately 645 SY of base repair, 23,300 SY of milling, and 23,975 SY of asphalt overlay. • Installation of 1,274 LF of curb and gutter, 1,533 SY of sidewalk, 69 LF of 15″ curb inlet, and 30 SY of concrete driveway. • All associated site preparation, traffic control, and finishing items required to complete the Forest Oaks improvements. • Bids must be submitted sealed by March 31, 2026, 2:00 PM; questions due by March 25, 2026, 5:00 PM.
