NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - WASC

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to WASC Senior College & University Commission for Naval Post Graduate School (NPS) degree program accreditation fee and 2026 site visit. The contractor will provide online and in-person support, including a campus evaluation visit, to maintain accreditation status. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. • The contractor must be an institutional accreditor approved by the Department of Education (DoE). • The contractor will conduct a substantive change review and provide a report of the WSCUC team for the special visit. • The contractor will provide annual accreditation dues and maintenance fees. • The contractor will conduct online, telephone, and in-person consultations on accreditation matters as required.
