Therapeutic Apheresis Treatment Services

The contractor will be required to perform therapeutic apheresis services for patients, including monitoring and reporting progress and complications to the Attending Physician or the Provider's representative. The contractor will also be responsible for providing qualified and trained medical and technical support personnel, maintaining equipment, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must be located in the tri-state area (DC, VA, MD) and have prior government contract experience. • The contractor must provide services 24/7, 365 days a year, pursuant to notice and scheduling arrangements. • The contractor must maintain open and professional communication with members of the facility and VISN. • The contractor must comply with all Hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient care, medical records, and confidentiality.
