Bear Creek Lake Park Path Replacement

The City of Lakewood is seeking bids for the replacement of approximately 35,000 SF of concrete walks in Bear Creek Lake Park. The project includes the removal and replacement of the existing walks, as well as other related work. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The bid documents and project specifications are available online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). • The project involves the removal and replacement of concrete walks in a large open space park. • The work shall be contained to a narrow construction corridor and some reaches are not accessible to cement trucks. • The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The bid documents and project specifications are available online through RMEPS. • A pre-bid conference will be held on November 18, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. on-site at BCLP Nature Center.
