Description
The Town of Fairfax is seeking bids for the construction of a sidewalk project on Main Street. The project includes the construction of concrete sidewalk, granite curb, drainage, signs, pavement, and pavement markings. The project is expected to start on April 3, 2026, and be completed by November 13th, 2026.
* Project location: Beginning at a point on VT Route 104 approximately 19 feet west of the intersection of Huntville Rd and VT Route 104 and progressing 1289 feet west to approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of Paige Rd and VT Route 104.
* Type of construction: Concrete sidewalk, granite curb, drainage, signs, pavement, and pavement markings.
* Contract completion date: November 13th, 2026.
* Obtaining plans: Plans and bid documents may be obtained from DuBois & King’s website.
* Questions: During the advertisement phase of this project, all questions shall be addressed solely to Ken Robie, DuBois & King, Inc.
