Industrial Washers & Dryers

Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Industrial Washing and Drying Machines and a Preventive Maintenance program. The contract term shall be 1 year, with a separate ongoing contract for Maintenance. The scope of work includes providing two sets of Industrial Washers and Dryers, including purchase, delivery, installation, and removal of old machines. The machines must have a minimum 40-pound capacity, be durable and corrosion-resistant, and have high-temperature or sanitizing cycles. The Proposer must also provide a preventative maintenance program and a robust customer service model. • The Proposer must have experience in supporting animal shelter laundry services. • The Proposer must provide a detailed description of their service model, including typical turnaround times and 24/7 support. • The Proposer must provide a preventative maintenance program. • The Proposer must certify that they agree to the Proposers Representation and Certification terms in the Prerequisite page of the Sourcing Event. • The Proposer must submit verification that all insurance requirements are met and a current year W-9.
