Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for vinyl flooring replacement in Buildings 665, 668, and 671 at San Antonio State Supported Living Center (SASSLC). The contract will be for an initial term with an option for extension. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The evaluation criteria include the bidder's experience, qualifications, and financial capability.
• The bidder must attend a mandatory on-site visit.
• The bidder must submit a completed and signed pricing sheet.
• The bidder must provide any other information that demonstrates their financial capability and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB.
