Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Wagoner County. The work includes repairs such as appliances, carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, flooring, HVAC, masonry and plaster, paint and finish, plumbing, sheetmetal and gutters, site work, and thermal protection. The job must be completed within 45 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office to receive preference.
• The bidder must provide proof of certification with their submittal.
• The successful bidder will be required to complete the Request for Acceptance of Subcontractor at the time of contract signing if a subcontractor is to be utilized.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and warranties for their work.
