Description
The Iowa Department of Public Defense is seeking professional services to replace 7 existing Lennox RTUs with Lennox Enlight RTUs at the Spencer Readiness Center. The replacement RTUs should have specific factory-installed options, including a high-performance economizer, direct drive supply fan, and refrigerant R-454B. The project also involves replacing existing thermostats with Honeywell TH8321WF VisionPRO 8000 Smart Thermostats and low voltage wiring, as well as providing materials to connect gas to the replacement RTUs. Additionally, the project requires roofing work, including roof curb adapters, high wind hold-down brackets, and penetrations needing sealed or repairs made from installation compatible with Duro Last Inc. roofing systems.
