Description
The City of Jesup, Georgia is seeking a qualified design‑build entity to design and construct a new 3,200 sf crew‑quarters addition to Fire Station 1, including an enclosed 12 × 12 ft connector to the existing building. The contractor will be responsible for all design, permitting, foundation, structural steel, brick façade, and construction of the addition; interior finishes, MEP, and site utilities are the City’s responsibility. The project must maintain continuous fire‑station operations, meet ADA and state code requirements, and be completed within a 177‑day (≈6 months) schedule after notice to proceed.
