Preventative Maintenance Services

The City of El Paso Public Health Department is requesting a vendor to provide annual calibration services for lab instruments. The services include calibration of a PM 4250 Single Sample Cryoscope and a FLM 300 Fluorophos ALP Assay. The vendor must provide the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the calibration services. The contract may not exceed $49,999.99 per annum or an aggregate of $100,000 for multiple years. Some key points to consider: • The City of El Paso reserves the right to adjust the schedule of events as necessary. • The City may accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid based on the tabulation of any one, combination or all of the base bid(s), alternate bid(s), and/or optional bid(s). • The vendor must submit bids on the prescribed form(s) and furnish required documentation with the bid. • The City may terminate the contract if the vendor is found to have a wage theft adjudication record. • The vendor must comply with the City's Cone of Silence/Anti Lobbying Policy. • The vendor must provide a certification regarding debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion. • The vendor must comply with the requirements for use of United States-flag vessels.
