The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase Abbott Laboratories Structural Heart TAVI Navitor products. The products include Navitor with Radiopaque Markers in various sizes, Navitor FlexNav Loading System, FlexNav Delivery System, and Circulo Guidewire. Vendors who can provide these products are invited to contact the designated officer for a copy of the quote specifications/solicitation or to discuss this opportunity prior to the due date. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms and complete applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a. • The contract term is 1 year. • The due date for submission is 11/12/2025. • The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed. • The successful contractor will be required to provide free supporting documentation and product for examination, demonstration, and trial if offering an equivalent product.
