I-Stat Service Agreement

The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth is seeking to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Abbott Point of Care for the Abbott i-Stat Service Agreement. The service will consist of a one-year period of performance, starting from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027.
