Description
The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a vendor to serve as the official journal for the district, publishing minutes, resolutions, budget notices, and other official Board proceedings. The vendor must provide pricing for full‑page and per‑line legal notices, demonstrate sufficient circulation and publishing frequency, and comply with Louisiana statutes governing official school board journals. This is a one‑year contract (July 2026‑June 2027) with the award based on a combination of price, circulation reach, frequency, and service quality.
• Publish all required official Board documents in a newspaper‑style journal.
• Provide unit rates (full‑page and per‑line) and extended cost calculations.
• Must meet LA R.S. 43:140 et seq. requirements and certify no debarment status.
