The Stanly Community College is seeking a qualified Commissioning Agent to provide comprehensive commissioning services for a new 30,000‑sq‑ft Public Services Building. The scope includes reviewing design documents, equipment submittals, performing testing, balancing, start‑up, and adjustments in compliance with North Carolina state statutes, and delivering final commissioning reports and documentation prior to project closeout.
