Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The selected contractor will be responsible for demolishing and removing improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way or easement areas. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder. The project requires the contractor to begin work as soon as possible after the notice to proceed is issued and to complete all work within 30 days.
