NASA Wallops Flight Facility Mixed Metals Term Contract

The NASA Wallops Flight Facility is seeking a contractor to provide mixed metals scrap term contract services. The contract is for a 3-year base period with up to two 1-year options. The estimated volume of scrap metal is approximately 185,000 pounds annually. The contractor will be required to recycle the material for its material content only. The contractor must also provide a performance guarantee of $15,000 post-award. • The contractor must submit a bid that includes Appendix A - Site Verification & Bidder Certification, Appendix B - Bid Sheet & SF 114, and Appendix C - Removal Execution Plan. • The contractor must also acknowledge all amendments issued for this solicitation. • The contractor must provide certified weight tickets, and contractor-owned scales are not permitted. • The contractor must meet all mandatory requirements, including a pre-bid site inspection and visitor registration and approval prior to arrival.
