Description
The City of Cortez is soliciting bids for roofing improvements at the Cortez Recreation Center Building. The project includes removing the damaged roofing and disposing of materials, inspecting the roof deck and replacing deteriorated substrate, installing new insulation board, a fully adhered membrane system, and new edge metal, termination bars, and flashing. The contractor must provide a 20-year manufacturer's warranty. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit.

• The contractor must demonstrate specific general contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity.
• The contractor must be fully insured with general liability insurance, comprehensive automobile liability insurance, and professional liability insurance.
• The contractor must provide a detailed staffing plan and identify key management personnel to be assigned to the project.
• The contractor must describe their safety program and provide their safety record over the last ten years.
