Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance services for a Sterrad 100NX Plasma Sterilizer at the 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Base. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, labor, tools, and materials to maintain the equipment in a fully functional state. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four optional one-year extensions. The contractor must comply with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement and USFK Regulation 715-2. Key requirements include:
* Providing all necessary personnel, labor, tools, and materials to maintain the Sterrad 100NX Plasma Sterilizer
* Ensuring the equipment is maintained in a fully functional state
* Complying with the US-ROK Status of Forces Agreement and USFK Regulation 715-2
* Providing pricing for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001
* Submitting a quote that includes sufficient technical information
