Description
The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting bids for the Lawrenceville Lawn Pedestrian Improvements project. The work includes traffic control, erosion control, site work, concrete paving, crack sealing, and other related tasks. The project must be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The bid must include all items required to perform the project as indicated on the plans and specifications.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Traffic control for both vehicular and pedestrians following the latest MUTCD and GDOT standards
• Erosion control BMPs including mulch, temporary grassing, and sodding
• Site work including clearing & grubbing, remove and replace existing signs, grading and excavation
• Concrete paving including construct concrete curb & gutter, construct sidewalk/plaza and ADA ramps
• Crack sealing, seal coating, and thermoplastic striping
