Description
The project involves the installation of new sewer lines and the abandonment of existing sewer lines in the Horsepen Branch Trunk Sewer project area. The work includes the installation of approximately 185 linear feet of new 8-inch sewer, 153 linear feet of new 10-inch sewer, 442 linear feet of new 12-inch sewer, 45 linear feet of new 15-inch sewer, 75 linear feet of new 24-inch sewer, and 7,220 linear feet of new 60-inch sewer. Additionally, the project includes the installation of 31 new manholes and three tunnel operations, as well as bypass pumping, pavement restoration, erosion control, traffic control, and appurtenances. The project limits are from the intersection of Horsepen Road and West Broad Street along Horsepen Branch to the Interstate 64 and Staples Mill Road interchange.
