The Maryland Department of Health is requesting bids for the annual renewal of 5,000 seats of Cisco WebEx audio, video, and web conferencing services. The contract will be awarded to a certified small business vendor, and the award will be limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract. The scope of work includes providing Cisco WebEx services, and the contractor must provide a detailed description of the services and pricing. The evaluation criteria include conformance to specifications, lowest certified bidder, and submission of MSRP and Mercury Affidavit (if applicable). • The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew. • The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer. • The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. • The contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or subject to in connection with the use of the products.
