Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide Secret Server software and related services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer, Delinea. The scope of work includes the provision of Secret Server software, installation and training services, and maintenance and support. The evaluation criteria for the proposal will include conformance to specifications, lowest bid, and the vendor's experience and qualifications.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid.
• The vendor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The vendor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free.
• The vendor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions the Master Contractor expects the State to sign or to be subject to in connection with or in order to use the products or to be provided under this PORFP.
