Description
The Missoula County Environmental Health division is seeking full‑service design and construction‑administration services to remodel its 2nd‑floor lobby and adjacent office spaces. The scope includes schematic design, coordination with structural, electrical, and mechanical consultants, demolition, new interior finishes, ADA‑compliant upgrades, and integration with the County’s security access system. The firm will also provide construction‑administration support through submittal reviews, RFIs, and final punch‑list assistance.
• Design services covering schematic, design‑development and construction‑document sets for a lobby and office renovation (≈29,000 sq ft building).
