(Repost) On-Call Environmental Site Assessments/Hazardous Substance Liability Assessments (ESAS/HSLAS), Remediation, Storm Water Management And Engineering Services

Valley Water is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide on‑call environmental services across Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. The on‑call arrangement will cover Phase I and Phase II Hazardous Substance Liability Assessments, asbestos and lead‑based paint surveys, remedial design, and storm‑water management engineering. Work will be issued as individual task orders over a five‑year period, with a total Not‑to‑Exceed ceiling of $4 million. Firms must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, hold a California PE license (Civil) for the Project Manager, and have a Qualified Storm‑water Pollution Prevention Plan Developer certification. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the October 26, 2026 deadline and include a full suite of required attachments (client references, key personnel, non‑collusion, conflict‑of‑interest, W‑9, cost proposal, etc.).
