Fuel Site Repairs, Maintenance, Testing, and Tank Monitoring Systems

The County of Fresno is soliciting bids to establish an agreement under which the successful bidder will provide all labor, material, equipment, permits, fees, taxes, etc. related to fuel site repairs, maintenance, testing, and tank monitoring systems. The scope of work includes fuel site repair and maintenance, compliance testing, and tank monitoring systems for seventeen vehicle fueling sites with seven underground tanks. The contract term is three years with the option to renew for two one-year periods. • Fuel site repairs and maintenance • Compliance testing, including annual testing, underground storage tank testing, and SB989 testing • Tank monitoring systems • The bidder must have the necessary inventory, equipment, and tooling to perform, diagnose, and repair the services requested • The bidder must possess all applicable certifications and licenses to complete the requested services • The bidder must be International Code Council (ICC) certified in Phase I and Phase II vapor recovery installation, repairs, and testing
