Request for Qualifications - CMAR

The City of Fairfax, on behalf of the Fairfax County Public Schools, is seeking qualified Construction Managers to be placed on a short‑list for forthcoming Construction Manager‑at‑Risk contracts. The selected firms will be eligible to submit proposals for renovation and addition projects at two elementary schools, covering design‑build coordination, construction oversight, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
