Fairmont State University is seeking qualified contractors to replace the two existing elevators in its campus parking garage and optionally add a third elevator. The work includes demolition of the existing elevator cars and components, installation of two new traction elevators (or three if the alternate is pursued), and all associated mechanical, electrical, fire‑alarm, and structural modifications required to accommodate the new equipment.
