Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 1,140 to a maximum of 1,215 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space within a 1¼ mile radius of 11125 Park Blvd., Seminole, FL 33772. The space shall contain adequate/assigned parking for approximately three Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights, and a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services) is preferred.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing a build-out of the leased premises according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the attached documents
* Ensuring the leased premises comply with all Federal, State, and local construction standards, building codes, and applicable laws
* Installing specific mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems
* Providing a customized video feed for each Military Service office
* Installing specific types of flooring, walls, and ceilings, including porcelain entry tiles, vinyl composition tile, and carpet
* Providing specific types of signage, including exterior and interior signage
* Ensuring the leased premises are accessible and meet specific accessibility standards.
