Description
Seattle Housing Authority is seeking qualified vendors to supply, install, remove, and maintain commercial‑grade laundry equipment across 95 SHA properties. The contract includes provision of new ENERGY STAR‑rated washers and dryers (coin‑operated, card‑operated, or both), ADA‑compliant units, removal of existing equipment, 24/7 service with a 72‑hour response time, routine lint‑filter and dryer‑vent cleaning, revenue collection, and monthly commission reporting. Vendors must be licensed in Washington, not debarred, and able to meet HUD Section 3 labor requirements if applicable. The base term is one year with up to four one‑year extensions (maximum five years). No fixed contract dollar amount is disclosed; the vendor will propose a commission percentage on gross laundry revenue.
