Public Private Partnership - Parking Garage Development

The City of Winter Park is seeking qualifications from experienced teams interested in partnering to deliver a structured parking facility utilizing the City Hall parking lots through a Public-Private Partnership (P3). The project aims to address existing and ongoing parking demand, including 145 dedicated parking spaces for City Hall employees and 120 additional parking spaces for public parking. Respondents are encouraged to propose a structure that aligns with their investment approach while meeting the City's core parking needs.
