Description
The City of Detroit is seeking qualified vendors for the abatement and demolition of residential properties. The work includes asbestos material removal and disposal, demolition and debris removal, backfill, grading, and seeding. Vendors must submit a quote that includes a price sheet, professional rate schedule, and signature page. The city reserves the right to award each group to a different vendor, all groups to one vendor, or any combination of groups to a particular vendor.
• The scope of services includes demolition of residential properties.
• Vendors must be pre-qualified by the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement.
• The city will evaluate all properties listed under this RFQ individually.
• The successful vendor must complete all work within 120 calendar days of a Notice to Proceed.
