Description
The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking quotations for the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, and one‑year warranty of a small laboratory steam sterilizer/autoclave. The equipment must meet detailed technical specifications (20"x20"x38" chamber, 316L stainless steel, all‑electric controls, multiple sterilization cycles, touchscreen interface, data logging, etc.) and be installed in a confined lab space with specific utility connections. The contractor must also provide on‑site training, a one‑year full warranty, and complete all work within 12 weeks of order receipt, with delivery required within 15 days after award. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
