Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking a vendor to provide a Ford F600 Bucket Truck. The truck will be used by the Facilities Management Design & Construction (FMDC) for various tasks such as repairing lights, tree trimming, safety issues, sealing state agency canopies, flagpole maintenance, seasonal decorating, window washing, painting, storm damage, and unforeseen building repair. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must provide the truck with all manufacturer's standard equipment and deliver it to the state agency no later than June 22, 2026. The vendor must also maintain financial and accounting records and evidence pertaining to the contract for a period of five years.
• The truck must be a Ford F600 Bucket Truck with a door walk-in bucket.
• The truck must be clean, lubricated, serviced, and ready for immediate use by the state agency.
• The vendor must provide a title or certificate of origin for the truck upon delivery.
• The vendor must deliver the truck to the state agency's dock or other designated unloading site.
• The vendor must maintain all financial records, supporting documentation, and other records pertinent to the contract for a period of five years.
